New Tissot Seastar 1000 Powermatic 80 models
New Tissot Seastar 1000 Powermatic 80 models
Has anyone had a chance to see Tissot's newest Seastar 1000
Powermatic 80 Divers?
The new versions add mesh bracelets. Then also have 43mm stainless
steel cases, 300m WR, sapphire crystals, diver's bezels with ceramic
inlays, green, and blue gradient dials, and Powermatic 80 movement.
Have a few pics right here...
OceanicTime, and Tissot with much more info...

Reminds me of the Oris Aquis

I can’t wait for the fumé dial trend to die. Not terrible, but could have been much better.

Tissot seems to be using the Seiko method of promoting an upcoming model by releasing the least flattering images possible.

It's interesting how trends come, and go isn't it guys?! The whole fume/gradient
dial thing seems cool at first. But then as more, and more brands do it, it begins
to lose it's cool factor. Think you are right on ! Oh, and Jeremy, was thinking
the same thing about the Oris DNA ! Am noticing it even more now actually.
Thanks so so much for the insight, along with thoughts on these everyone !!!

Tissot has introduced some very cool models lately, not loving this one.

I feel like the old models with the full metal painted bezels were much more unique. Hell of a domed crystal too.
