Final piece?
As I've mentioned elsewhere, I recently retired from teaching (although have gone back for a while part-time). I'd planned on getting a new watch to mark the occasion, and it was a bit of a process as I expect this to be the last new watch I buy. There were lots of pieces in the running from the Seiko MM, Bremont Broadsword / MBII to the Moonwatch. Truth be told, I could have any of them and they'd get worn and appreciated, but I ended up with this; I'd wanted one for a long time, but had never seen one in stock anywhere until browsing Omega ADs with sale watches. It was a pretty good price - 25% - and the correct colour, so that's me sorted

Like the yellow GMT hands and I never knew that Omega own this. Be well and enjoy your retirement.

Re: Final piece?
Can get any better than that Steve, and that's on both fronts !!
First off a giant congratulations to you on your retirement, and all of
those years doing what you loved, and teaching like that. Had to
be a tough decision. But it sounds like the part time thing is great really !
Speaking of great though, this Seamaster GMT is really something to
see ! It's timeless, and very special, and really is a watch you don't
see very often. Wow, amazing watch ! ..Double dueling congrats again !!
ENJOY !

Re: Final piece?
Congratulations Steve, that's a really good looking Omega, even better that it's one you've wanted for a long time. Sooner we come out of lockdown the sooner you can put that GMT hand to good use
