I saw this a few days ago and was surprised you hadn't posted about it Tom One of the better micro divers I've seen in a while.

Odd choice to not have applied markers at 6, 9, and 12.

Re: Retras Watch's Diver
I kind of like it. The date window is overbearing for the dial size. The lume on the hands do not match the dial. Minute hand is to short. Diver with 100m resistance? Nope

It reminds me of one of the Captain Cook editions.

Re: Retras Watch's Diver
I read the story on monochrome and it's interesting. But I agree with Mike, the non-applied markers at key positions are odd.
But as a first effort it really interesting.

Re: Retras Watch's Diver
has a nice vintage feel, but that minute hand really bugs me. I realize that some vintage divers had shorter hands, but most of them reached to the end of the markers.
Re: Retras Watch's Diver
Thought there was a lot to like about this one guys, but just didn't
get time to post about it Andrew.
Am seeing what you guys mean about the markers, and hands.
But then thought that maybe they wanted to be similar to a
particular vintage watch, or style. But not exactly the same,
and wanted to just change things up a little.
Thank YOU guys as always !!!

Not bad at all. Hand length bothers me a bit tho.
First thing I thought of when I looked at the first pic was Rado

There is a lot to like, but those issues are a problem for me. It doesn't matter to me if it is replicating a vintage, if that vintage design had issues.AtomicTom wrote: ↑Wed Jan 15, 2020 12:07 pmThought there was a lot to like about this one guys, but just didn't

Re: Retras Watch's Diver
I don't really know too much about vintage divers - was it common for them to have bi-directional bezels back in the day?

Nice, but pricey for what it is.
