Um. It’s brown suede... that’s about it. Looks basic. Could be a custom maker or could be stock from countless strap companies. Where did the pic come from?

I stumbled across it on Tumblr. The closest match I could find was from Threaded Leather Company, but it's not suede:

It will be impossible to determine who made that exact strap, as it is a basic and popular style made by many. With no markings, no way to tell who made it.
Google suede minimal stitch strap and countless options in all price ranges will show up.
