That case looks like a turtle on its back.

I like it, but not enough to cough up the $$.

Windshield: Reinforced Acrylic.

I wonder what they used to reinforce it?

For sure it’s pretty porky Image but that seams to be the case for every 7750 based watch.

These are now available from WatchBuys if anyone is interested. It is a 200 piece LE shared between Japan and North America.
The price on Zulu is $2,160, and bracelet is $2,430.

103 thickness. Despite the height it’s still a comfy watch.

Very comfortable. I’ve never felt my 103 was too thick.

Watchbuys pricing is right on. Love 103s. That domed acrylic is bad ass. If it was sapphire I would have considered it. Nice job Sinn.

I’ve seen a lot of the Sinn Japan Mil watches and this is def my favorite. It’s a 103 case and takes the same bracelet so the size for me is perfect and balanced. So nice.

Reminds me of an updated version of the older 156 that had the 24hr register removed.
Different bezel, case and size but still lots of dna passed into this new 103 model

For what it’s worth, the 103 case is so much more comfortable than the 156 case. Of course it has the awesome L-5100 movement, but man it was just a bit too big and had a thick/rounded caseback that made it hard to not flop around the wrist.

Watchbuys website indicates a polished finish, but isn’t it blasted in the photos?

I was under the impression it was fully polished, but it does look blasted in the photos.
I’ll find out.

Copy that.

$2160 on a Zulu, I like it.

My stable is all no-date so I’m reluctant to break the cycle with this one.

If that is the same Zulu that came with my 103, it is super thick. The 103 is best on a regular strap.

This

* I have a bracelet for my 103 St C (also polished) that would work with this.

* obviously trying to rationalize this

I would use a Maratac Zulu. Super comfy and not stiff at all.
