Interesting New LE

This is the first Bremont in a long time that made me actually sit up and say wow. But then I saw the price, and it elicited a different kind of wow.

I really like this one....out of range, however
If Bremont would make this a normal production model w/o the bits and bobs I would be tempted

Not sure where watch manufacturers are coming up with their prices these days :)

The finishing on that bezel looks cheap. Bad picture or bad finishing? I don't know. Regarding the price, it's not cheap to drive around America all the time in an old sports car trying to convince people that you're a real watch brand.

$12,000 for a SS GMT on a leather strap? Does it come with remnants of Howard Hughes' corpse?

They always have a nice story to sell each model.

My Supermarine has become my favourite dive watch, and I like Bremont as a brand, but I'd rather see an in-house complication being developed than this sort of thing. However, I imagine this has a greater profit margin than the cost of developing in-house manufacture, and lends itself well to advertising.
Regards

Steve
