New Certina DS Action Diver Titanium

Post by AtomicTom » Thu Aug 15, 2019 9:28 am

You guys may have already seen Certina's DS Action Diver Titanium.

This new watch has a 43mm titanium case, 300m WR, an AR coated
sapphire crystal, unidirectional aluminum bezel, and sun ray gray
dial with luminous hands, and markers. Then inside, you have the
Powermatic 80 automatic, and the bracelets are titanium also.

Just a couple pics...

Like it, Tom; except for the red seconds hand.

It looks fine for what it is, but do we really need another oversized vaguely submarineresque dive watch?

I great looking watch. My little wrist can handle 43mm.

I gave my son the old model awhile ago that I picked up in Abu Dhabi. Runs great but son likes G shock better, so I have it now. Wasn't a US market item before and by reading Certina's webpage still isn't. The price has also gone up.

I had the previous gen version – great beater/weekend adventure watch that I eventually sold because it kinda overlapped with my Pelagos. 21mm lugs were annoying, but it had a really great looking dial. Guessing they fixed the bezel on this one?

Just noticed that they evidently changed that Matt. :o ..If you look at Justyn's old
stunner above, it looks like it was white, and red.

All of Certina's watches seem so nice, and this titanium version adds even more attitude
to an already classic, and cool design. 8-)

Thanks so much just for looking guys, and also for giving your opinions !!!
