I can’t wait to see it. I know there were a lot of complaints about the size, but I think it should wear great.

I think you’re right. I love the dial and came close on the 40mm version a couple times. This one should be perfect.

It’s roughly the same size as the EZM1.1. My wrists aren’t enormous, and it looks fine on me.

I am really curious to see how it compares to the U1 size wise. When it shows up, I will post a couple comparing the two.

Finally here. I haven't sized it yet, but so far so good. When I get time I will put some better ones up. Right now it's screaming strap to me, so I may go that route.

Looks good.

Also better it’s screaming “strap” to you and not “strap on!”

So after a couple hours of wearing it, it's not as heavy as I thought it would be. I need about a half link, and the bracelet would fit much better. I still think it will end up on a strap eventually. It is much thicker than I thought it would be (waiting for Hoppy to chime in on that one) Here's some more pic's comparing it to the U1. I think this is my favorite shade of blue of any watch out there.

I also found the 1.1 a bit thicker that I prefer, but such is the price of a chronograph. Frankly I have zero use for a chrono and only see it as something else to go wrong and higher service costs.

Not to be a Nishant with that ^ I just wish Sinn would offer us this blue dial and case in a 3-hand model. A 3-hand version of the EZM 1.1 would also get my money in a heartbeat. A no-date version would be true love.

This blue dial is just lovely. Enjoy this one.

I don't think you can Nishant a general thread, or an incoming - sales post only.

I always wished that Sinn added a GMT function to this - like the kobold polar surveyor.....but this time done right.

And the prices... long gone are days when Sinn was a bang for your buck watch. I can say that I’ll never buy a new Sinn at these prices and if I ever do buy it will certainly be used.

Watches, or at least the ones that forum-goers care about, have always been a luxury vice. The prices have gone up to match the economy over the years.

Now the hype that drives a steel Patek 5711 to cost more than a Patek 5170, or Lange Datograph Doublesplit, or a 3 JLC Duometres... that's an anomaly and short-lived and stupid.

One would hope, however it's just going and going and going. Somehow people have managed to create a feedback loop where they overpay, so dealers overprice, then the next guy overpays, so the dealers over price some more, and so on.

I hope the market crashes and all the $75,000 5711s become $30,000 5711s, but I'm not going to bet on that.

Master Wu makes a good point about generalized inflation pushing prices up. But half of the beauty of the original EZM line was their low price for the performance they delivered. At $2k+, those EZM3s are surrounded by a hell of alot of competition.
