Breguet Type 20 for 'Only Watch'

Post by logan2z » Mon Jul 01, 2019 1:28 pm

Tudor's offering for 'Only Watch' might have been a dog but I think Breguet's was a home run...

An exact copy of the original Type 20, including a restored vintage movement.

Now that’s sharp.

That’s really nice. It looks like a high end Hanhart.

I don't know if it's as compelling as FPJ's offering, but hey - at least it's a good looking watch.

35,000-50,000 for a remake

Real McCoy for 27,000 with military issued heritage.
Now for some that use the excuse new over vintage there using a vintage movement in the new one. They did do a nice job but I like the real McCoy a little better.

What a shame they’re only making one.

I swear, Blancpain will only make the watch that we all really want in these uber rare varieties.

like it too, and it validates the design decision of crafter blue to use that shade on the bits of that watch they're releasing after someone else couldn't??
anyway, i like that one too, and i can afford that one, not this "one", but i do have a native love of "carolina blue"...
