That's my favorite of the bunch.

BP isn’t Rolex or PP. if you’re serious, I bet you can get one if you act now.

That date looks yellowed to me. If you go with yellow lume, you shouldn’t do a white date.

The complaint was that the date disk didn't match the dial color. I'm just pointing out that it didn't on the original either.

I'm guessing that the date disk on the original was white when it was new and yellowed a bit with time. I suppose BP could have gone with an off white date to simulate its aging as well, but it still wouldn't match the dial color.

I agree on all counts. I do think a cream date wheel would have been really nice.

They all look good - the Barakuda in particular.

Looks like both are about $20k each. They also announced this 45mm model.

Love the barramudi, but man I wish they would come up with a third BPFF case in the 41.5mm or 42mm range with 20mm lugs. My BPIII OC is just a tad too small, and my 45mm ones are just a tad too big, and annoying with very narrow 23mm lugs.

Boy oh boy Andrew, is it me? Or does it seem like watch companies are
pulling out all the stops more, and more?!

Just seems like every company, or brand has more up their sleeves
every month, or even week. ..I mean we used to expect to see cool
things at the various watch shows. But now we see amazing watches,
and hear great news all of the time !

Love it Andrew, along with these new Blancpains !!! Thanks so much !

Sure, Tom.

I think it's relatively easy to 'pull out all the stops' when you have a rich back catalog of great designs to raid. It's a smart strategy, most of the old designs are so much better than the new ones.

It's a terrific point Andrew ! ..Watch brands, or companies have so many
classics to look back on for inspiration. It's awesome ! :headbang: Then at
the same time will always be coming up with new ideas, along with models.

What a hobby !!! :)

Just based on looks, I'd rather have that for $19k than a modern Daytona from everyone's best buddy DavidSW at $25k.
