PK360 Grill

Post by goaliechris » Wed May 01, 2019 8:03 pm

I went down a rabbit hole of grills, read some reviews (including Aaron Franklin’s) and made a late night purchase of the silver version with the teak shelves with the Grillgrates and cover. Can’t wait to do some 2-zone cooking with this thing. Won’t replace the BGE for low and slow, but the gas grill will definitely collect some dust. Will post a review and some pics. Arriving Friday!

Nice! I'm very happy with my Weber Performer Deluxe, think I would miss the storage space and the extra table area.

Home Depot has a nice deal on Royal Oak - much prefer wood chunk over charcoal. Soak some wood chips as well, and you will be in grilling heaven!

Wife doesn't even like going out for steaks anymore as she much prefers mine off the grill. Enjoy!

Great combo! Nice to have the gas when you don’t want to light up the BGE or in my case the KJ. I’ve had a broilmaster gas grill for over 20 years. Love it for quick and easy grilling. Congrats that looks like a beauty!

It’s actually charcoal with some interesting features. Excellent airflow management and coals pretty close to the grate. Check out this review:

friend of mine has the original PK grill and it's a nice set up. I think the 360 is the higher end model that is a bit larger with a heavy, sturdy stand? I was looking at one but the price in CAD from the local distributor is insane. I'll wait until we do a family driving trip across the border and pick one up then
