Admittedly we are still on honeymoon but I love my Black GMT......but would sell it for 20k of course :rimshot:
Yeah, I'd hold onto that one for awhile if I were you. And anyone with a BLNR with an oyster bracelet probably should do the same.

Man,

I am the only one who likes this. Maybe I am fucking watch crazy (well, I am).

I still think you rock it on a nato.

I bought a cheap watch from a crazy man

It doesn't use numbers or moving hands
It always just says now

Note how in all pics, the massive protruding lugs are somehow always in the shade, so that it looks closer to a normal watch.
It will look like you’re wearing an anvil on your wrist in real life IMO
Good point. This pic looks nice in some way. However, in others, it looks like it’s on one of those ugly flat hinged cuff style bracelets (with the stupid oobooga type name).

If this is true, it just gets worse.

The YM is kinda cool, but my Smurf is still my favorite WG Rolex. Nothing else from Rolex or Tudor is of interest at all (thankfully), but I do wonder if the YM oysterflex has 22mm lugs, because that would mean it could be used on the SD43 or even the new DSSD in the future, which is the only new release of interest to me. Very annoying if it has 21mm lugs.

Ugh. Wow, none of this is good. I sort of maybe like these new two-tone Tudor chronographs, and the BLNR on jubilee is pretty cool, but all of that is erased by the abomination that is the new (barf) Sea-Dweller. Pretty clear that the 116600 will be the last decent Sea-Dweller Rolex will ever make. I'll hang onto my 16600.

This Tudor with strange lugs is so confusing to me.... if you Google tudor 7206 navy prototype look at all the stuff that comes back... tons of old threads talking about this being cooked up

What's with the bezel protecting lug overhang? Seems like a crud magnet.

Maybe that explains the drilled lugs because they knew you'd have to take off that hideous strap every month to deep clean.

The Navy didn't want it 50yrs ago because they didn't want more issued items working against in the "getting laid" dept such as the infamous birth control glasses.

Oh I see... so the end links must somehow catch the bezel so it doesn't spin?

That profile shot of the case looks decent actually. The counter boring of the lug holes is a nice touch.

Steel/Gold Tudor Chronograph? These ones are so undesirable you can snag them for $1,500 when they come up for sale (which isn't all that often as Tudor probably sold 20 of these when they were new and the rest are most likely sitting in a dusty corner in the back of a watch store beneath old phone books). Not sure why they think the new version is going to sell any better this time around.

I'm just curious if the bezel insert from the new one will fit the old one. Wouldn't mind a black one with gilt writing to replace the solid 18K one on mine.
