A limited series of all black will launch with SOG Knives this week...I don’t know when they’ll go on sale but they will carry them.

Yes, but it’s not up yet. I’ll pass the word before it goes live. It’ll be a few weeks.

The black is hot, and should be a standard offering.

my initial reaction re: the black finish as well.
then i thought:
matt did a lot of research on this project, and i trust that he settled on the finish he chose for the diver1 for its durability and longevity, and that's ultimately good enough for me.

WTF you talking about? His research was... Matt likes this one, and fuck tactical black. Market research complete, lets go shoot some shit.

Any chance we will be able to order a separate black bezel later on? I used to have one of the original Korsbek Oceaneers, and loved it with the PVD bezel. Something about that BB finish with the all black rang the bell.

It would be bezel, crown & caseback - gotta have symmetry.

I’ll see what develops, and it’s something that I would love to offer.

Anyone else catch Matt's live Instagram video tonight? The Diver -1 was tested up to 120 atmos = 1,240 meters and passed! Shower approved . Looking forward to this one.

Except that one that didn’t....

I appreciate that he’s doing a wet pressure test on every completed watch. Solid piece of mind.

The test he just went live with was successful. I believe you're referring to something he posted a day or two ago.

Yes. Most would never have shared that, so I appreciate that he did.

Probably asked before, but I’m too lazy to look. Any chance of a Diver with date?
