Dan Henry's 1964 Gran Turismo Chronograph

Post by AtomicTom » Thu Aug 30, 2018 8:05 am

Have all of you Dan Henry fans checked this out? It's the 1964 Gran Turismo
Chronograph everybody.

The watch comes in four versions with dials in black sunray with white sub-
dials (Evil Panda), silver sunray with black sub-dials (Panda), slate gray, and
also silver. All with nice hands, and markers with Super-Lumnova. Then you
have 38mm stainless steel cases, 50m WR, AR coated mineral crystals, the
Seiko VK63 meca-quartz chronograph movement, leather strap, and beads
of rice bracelet as well.

Some pictures for you...

I saw those last night. I am digging the slate gray dial one, but not needing another watch right now.

Nobody ever 'needs' another watch, it's just fun seeing how many you can accumulate

Nice looking - I particularly like the black with white subdial panda.

These are hot and a great value.
I wish they were 40-41 though.
38 is a little small

Neat right guys?!!

Thought they really had that nice vintage feel with them, and was really cool
how many variations they have. Every one looks spectacular, and how about
that case-back?! ..PS..Brice, I wonder if the crown, and pushers might make
the 38mm seem a touch bigger sir. :)

Thanks to YOU guys just for looking !!!

They look good. I agree that 38mm is a bit small, though with no bezel they'll probably wear large for their size.

The pada is my favourite. Course, they forgot to put a date on it, so that's too bad :)
