Well, circadian rhythm probably :shrug: I've been an early bird ever since the 89 earthquake when I was commuting to SF every day and the commute was much easier with the bridge down to go in early and then stuck with it - of course now it's carmageddon no matter what time you are on the road. I wake up at 5 pretty much regardless of how much I've abused myself :scratch:
