Does DOXA ever have sales?

I bought a cheap watch from a crazy man
Floating down canal
It doesn't use numbers or moving hands
It always just says now
Now you may be thinking that I was had
But this watch is never wrong

Re: Does DOXA ever have sales?
DOXA's reputation around DWC seems to have largely recovered. When I first joined the site they were routinely criticized for lousy customer service and their allegedly exaggerated 'Swiss Made' claims. What changed?
Re: Does DOXA ever have sales?
I can’t speak to the “Swiss made” stuff, but the one CS experience I had with them recently was extremely positive. I had to transfer over the shipping and warranty of my Poseidon to the new buyer and they were prompt and accommodating with every inquiry. Super easy to deal with.
YMMV, but based on my one experience they are all good in my book. I know several others have had horror stories, so maybe I just got lucky.

I’ve dated some extremely attractive women who were also highly erratic and unreliable. Sometimes we are shallow.logan2z wrote:DOXA's reputation around DWC seems to have largely recovered. Re: Does DOXA ever have sales?
I just received email that DOXA is having a 10% off sale on all in-stock Sub models (excluding Project Aware and Mission 31 models) until July 6. Discount code is JUL410.

Some people have choose to forgive Doxa's history of shitty service and deleting post on wus. But not all of us have forgotten. It is still the same people doing the same shit.

It’s similar to Kobold in that the watches are cool, the service sucks, but the desire to like them outweighs the logical response.toxicavenger wrote:Some people have choose to forgive Doxa's history of shitty service and deleting post on wus. My customer service experiences with them have actually been really good
I have bought 3 models directly from Doxa, and also had one repaired under warranty.

You may be right Terry .
All I will add is that there was one occasion that they forgot to do something, and it worked out significantly in my favor. A small error on the billing side of things... ahemm....

I wonder if Mimo's will only carry the non-sub DOXAs
He is waiting on Watches. He will be competitive

I've been thinking about picking up a 1200T Pro and figured I'd buy through Mimo's. So I dropped DOXA an email earlier today to confirm the AD status of Mimo's and received this reply:
"No, Mimo’s Jewelry is not an authorized DOXA retailer".

I'm giving Mimo the benefit of the doubt. Not his fault those Euro-types take 4 week vacations in the summer...
