Weiss Watch Co.'s latest Standard Issue Field Watch
Weiss Watch Co.'s latest Standard Issue Field Watch
Did everyone see this newest Weiss Standard Issue Field Watch?
It looks similar to past models, but has a different movement, and
more. With a few of the specifications looking to include a 38mm
stainless steel case, 100M WR, convex double domed sapphire crystal,
machined naval brass dial in black, or white, white numbers, and black
oxide steel hands with Super-Luminova, olive green canvas strap, and
17 jewel Swiss manual winding Weiss caliber 1005 ( Peseux 7001 ), that
has been assembled, and finished right in Los Angeles.

nice, another option for smaller wrists. I'd ask for a closed caseback version if I was getting one though.
Hope they do more dial colors later on.

This one is costing $950 which isn't to bad at all. I just wish there was some lume on the dial.

Looks good. Which they’d come up with another dial design already. Like something to rival the RGM COE at a similar price point to this.

I also wish it used a bigger movement, that display back looks silly. Almost always I prefer an exhibition caseback but in this case, solid would be better.

Very nice looking, I like the seconds hand in that position better then the one at 9. 38 mm though is a little small for me. Price might be affordable but certainly not cheap.
It almost look like a pilot watch to me or I guess an in between. Either way I like the simple look.

I like the look but for way less money (and same look and good quality) you could have the Origin Field Watch)
