Upcoming Karlskrona Midnattssol 300m Diver
Re: Upcoming Karlskrona Midnattssol 300m Diver
I had a chance over the weekend to take a look at the Blue dial Midnattssol. I have to say, the blue sunburst brushed dial is mesmerizing. The way the vivid blue satin brushed surface catches the light is beautiful.
Here's a few more pics of the Blue dial version....
Here's a couple of wrist shots in different lighting conditions:
The direct light on the dial brings out a very vivid blue color
A more subtle lighting creates a deeper/darker blue color

It seems like the lume color on the hands and the dial don't match. Is that the way it looks in person?

I have the blue dial on order - these pics make me eager to get it! Any ETA?

My Blue no Date Mid arrived yesterday (Friday) afternoon. It is a gorgeous blue! And I really like the Nato strap.... very nice quality webbing weave, heavy duty and nice satin finished hardware.
The bezel action is smooth with a nice positive feel. Oh and did I say beautiful blue! A great summer watch at an affordable price.
Here's a quick cell pic I snapped Friday night while I was on the back deck grilling.

Love my orange Midnattssol 🧡 Perfect for the summer. What a bargain
The quality is good and love the orange dial. I did think the sunburst blue was outstanding on the proto and probably looks like a nicer watch but the orange has the right tone for me and I needed an orange watch on the rotation. So That’s why on the end I went with it. Todd also did a fine job integrating the date even keeping a lumed marker so I went with date after initially preferring ND
The Watch had a great size and wears great. All lines up and both crown/bezel operate flawlessly.
I am super happy with it.

Re: Upcoming Karlskrona Midnattssol 300m Diver
I thought I’d share more pics of the new orange Midnattssol after I put it on my old singlepass canvas strap. Love this combo and I can even take it in the water.
These pics are unaltered basic cell
Shots and i tried to take different angles on the wrist in different light. A few are under my front porch, one under a tree giving a cool effect and others in direct sunlight which made it hard to photograph as it’s super bright and mega hot today at 102.
I’ll take pics make it more glamorous
I gotta say it sits very well on the wrist, flat and comfortable. With the new crystal it’s thinner than the OG Baltic Shield and it makes a big difference in wearability and overall proportions to me. It’s not long so no worries about overhang even on smaller wrists.
For reference my wrist is 6.8”
