Hmmm, not sure I’m liking the real world pics as much from the Fratello review. Much more muted than the promo pics.

That bottom pic looks a bit off but the others in th article look good. A hint of orange as noted.

Has anyone heard when Doxa is releasing the Doxa aqualung Dive knife that was due out in a January?Image

Please send a note to Doxa about the release date. Something just doesn’t seem right and it’s not their style to avoid questions such as these.
Thanks for your help

Doxa has always done the smoke and mirrors marketing. So no surprise :salute:

The Doxa Forum Administrator on WUS posted that it would be available "in the very near future," but no specific date.
No, it's not Tourettes.

Not sure when these are coming out but pretty sure mine will be flipped immediately. If a DWCer is interested let me know, not sure if we can get the warranty issued in your name but I’ll ask them.

Doxa posted a comment on instagram saying these will begin shipping in 2-3 weeks... Looking forward to getting mine.

If they had left off the Poseidon logo I would have dived in head first.

That’s the reason to buy it imo being in the Diving Industry.

Yep. Wouldn't have been as good without the Poseidon logo IMO.

What shipped, the Poseidon or the knife?
Does the knife have to ordered separately?

The Poseidon watch shipped, not sure about the knife, thought that was an extra option from the Black Lung last fall? I know there's nothing extra with this watch, option to buy a yellow Isofrane and a "belt" with a Poseidon branded buckle at a slight discount......no thanks to both of those.

This is cool looking. I'll enjoy looking at all the FS posts in three weeks after everyone gets one.

Nice. What was your order number? I have a different order number for my deposit and a different one for my remaining balance

Shipping is going by the balance, not the deposit. This is clear from postings. Mine will arrive in Australia Wednesday. I originally ordered around 300.

Nice. Might look at one from a flipper since I didn’t get in on the preorder.

I’m a sucka for the yellow ISO and Belt, lol. The belt will blend nicely with my scout uniform.

I'm sure the yellow ISO will look good...but I don't know if I can pull off that much yellow day-to-day. I'll likely pick up a black ISO though, go for the bumblebee look.

If anyone is interested in one of these, I need to pass on the one I reserved due to a bunch of money I have spent on another hobby recently. I have spoken to Doxa and they will transfer the order to your name and ship directly to you. The payment needs to come from me, however. $1935 net shipped. Offering it here before I actually buy it in case someone wants one in their name (with full warranty).
