Good times
It's been a while since I posted much. Sort of taken a step back from watches for a breather and see where I am at. Also, I mentioned last year my old man had a stroke. Happily he is doing really well and getting back behind the wheel was a major lifeline for him. I am making the most of good days and happy times while I can and what better that a trip in his MG to Bournemouth classic cars on the pier. We had a great day.
Us in the MG, his Midget, lovely orange Mini (I want one), classics Fords well represented with some MK1's Corsair and Fiesta, lovely Nissan Z and huge Lincoln Town Coupe with 400cu Cleveland. Lastly, a message to live by...
Enjoy, JR

That’s really cool. I’m sure he loves spending time with you too.

Re: Good times
Thanks guys. The stroke was a big wake up call and every moment is precious. Dad swapped some plans just so we could spend the day together

Good times bro! Glad you are spending time with your dad with his recovery. Way more important that anything else imo.

Oh and that Lincoln is exactly what my mother owned when I was in high school. That thing would float over bumps.

Re: Good times
I miss my dad. He had one of those Lincolns. Told him I was gonna paint it gray and land aircraft on it.
