Timex + Todd Snyder watches

Post by AtomicTom » Tue Feb 13, 2018 9:57 am

Did you guys happen to see these Timex watches by chance?

It seems to be a special collection where Timex looks to have teamed up with
a designer named Todd Snyder to create some cool looking watches.

With new watches like the Maritime Sport MS1, but also a Military, Mod, Marlin
(which you might have seen already), and Blackjack watches. All with stainless
steel cases, and sizes that range from 34mm for the Marlin, to 40mm for the
Military, and Mod watches, and 41mm for the brand new Maritime Sport MS1.
On top of that, you have 30-50 meter water resistance, mineral crystals, dials
with Indigo Night-Light, luminous, or even classic numbers, markers, and hands.
Along with nylon, or leather straps, and quartz movements for every watch, but
the Marlin, which is a mechanical hand-winding.

Just a few pictures...

The field watches are pretty sweet.

I’ve had this one for a while, it’s a cool beater.

You know that one is rated 50mm but the diver looking ones are rated at 30 mm just checked out the web site for the hell of it. You would think the diver looking ones would do better than 30mm rating.

The crown is not screw-down Mike, so I’m not even sure that I would trust the WR at 30M...

I dig it, buddy. Good to see a true beater here. I get tired of seeing $500 watches called “cheap” and “beater”. LOL

Thats my favorite too. I know Todd Snyder has extended the collaboration to the Timex Ironman series as well. Seems all systems go for these two.

The only thing that I don't care for is the "Todd Snyder" printed at the bottom of the dial, but definitely not a deal breaker.
