Yeah it is, this is the basement we just finished. Still need to complete the furnishings etc. Mostly its a home theatre, and a music room with my drum kits, PA< guitars etc where my son and i do some Damage. That painting was one i bid on when drunk at a fundraiser. Its the kind where the artist throws paint at the canvas, smears it etc and ends up being a painting of someone. This one was Springsteen.
