The guy can dispute up to six months from now. I’ve been burned this way and won’t do it again. In fact, I turned down a sale this morning.
Now, as others have said, he can claim that his account was hacked etc.
He can also claim to PayPal he didn’t get item and then they will look at sellers account and see he sold an item without PayPal getting their fees and that is a big deal to them and they can suspend or cancel your account if they want to.
In the end, to the OP, none sounds worth it.
Cancel the sale and re-list on WUS or put on eBay and just charge enough to cover eBay and PayPal fees.

You could attempt to open a dispute but you can’t say it was for a good or service, as it was a gift payment.
You could attempt a charge back or file a dispute with your credit card if you used one.
PayPal will not intervene and refund gift payments though unless proof of fraud.
