Now that we know it to be 42mm, I'm hoping the l2l be 49mm or less.
It's a beautiful world! Gerald.
Re: H2O chrono on the horizon ?
not a fan of that sawtooth kinda bezel..
Re: H2O chrono on the horizon ?
Hate those hands. Stick baton style hands or something and it'd be better. Overall, looks good, but kinda vanilla.

Goofy, but I guess that's their thing. Who cares about good looks when the pushers operate 10,000,000 meters under water?
Re: H2O chrono on the horizon ?
I like the case but dislike the hands and goofy logo/date window.

Maybe this isn't the best picture by which to judge, but that dial looks really flat to me.
One of the attributes of a chronograph that appeals to me is when the sub dials have been dished out, giving the dial some depth. This just looks flat and kind of low budget.
I'll wait to see some additional photos, but this one isn't getting me to reach for my wallet.

What's the thickness on this one ?
I just really don't like those arrow hands at all. It's just not a cohesive design. They stand out too much.
I also almost never like those straight lights coming out of a round case and that thing in between the lugs a la UTS. So even with new hands and even if it was a killer price I'd be out unfortunately. But I am sure he'll sell out to his fans who love that style.
I love my recent cheik purchase, and it'd take a pretty exceptional one to dethrone it

There will be 2 style bezel options (turbine with sapphire inlay) and the rectangle edged with inclined ceramic inlay that follows the domed crystal, and I believe 3 or 4 dial options. One will have the subdials dished and will have depth to it.
It will be offered in bronze and SS cases

Re: H2O chrono on the horizon ?
Oh and a video will be out soon showing all options available and allows you to visually see how each option looks in a full watch. It's a very cleverly done video.

I'm not a fan of bronze....Waiting to see the Stainless version and the other dial options.
Re: H2O chrono on the horizon ?
Hate the hands and the bezel.
Case looks good but kinda thick looking all the way around.
And Danny, come on man... don't think a 7750 will fit in a 40mm case?

I'm learning. Need to do a bit more studying. Know more about internal combustion engines than horological ones lol.BBK357 wrote:Hate the hands and the bezel.

H2O chrono on the horizon ?
Clemens is thinking of adding a second handset option. He posted a poll in our FB group. I've suggested stick hands half skeleton to match the subdial hands. Similar to the Pam submersible handset
And also which is likely to happen as well is STD 7750 with closed caseback and TOP grade 7750 with display back options

H2O chrono on the horizon ?
Here's the 4 choices. Still hoping for a second handset choice option.
You'll be able to choose case finish, bezel, dial.
The blue in the render is not the actual blue you will see. It'll be the same sunray blue like my kalmar 2. Should look amazing with the black subdials and chapter ring.
My choice is the bottom right.

I like it, but the hands are an awful choice for a chronograph.

Re: H2O chrono on the horizon ?
I like the blue one with the black subdials. Danny can you post a picture of your watch with the correct blue?
If another handset is provided, I could see myself with one.

Re: H2O chrono on the horizon ?
Thanks man!
I've been wanting an H2O for a long time, maybe this is it
Any plans for a three hander using that 42mm case that you know?

Re: H2O chrono on the horizon ?
Those hands cover about 1/4 of each subdial.

42.5mm case dia / 44mm bezel dia / 13.4mm case height + 2mm dome crystal
It's the Kalmar 2 3000m
