Re: H2O chrono on the horizon ?
Visually, screw down chrono pushers are cool but my big paws make them impractical....
My Daytona was great until I wanted to, you know, actually use the chrono. there are some screw down chronos out there that have pushers large enough to actuate on the wrist but end up being too big - maybe this one will be Goldilocks
Doesn't Omega have a chrono with faux screwdown pushers?
More first world problems

I leave my Daytona pushers out unless I'm swimming or something.

I also have to hope that the hands and dial are not his standard ones, then it may be feasible.
You can tell from the pics that H2O build quality is extraordinary, and it looks like he's experimenting with a super hard type of steel (316l < 904 < this steel) which would be cool.
All this made me want to experiment one one day, but no designs have clicked so far.
Oh, and it also has a very useful in real life 7500m WR
I wonder how he'll be able to keep it from being thick.
I'm guessing he will not.
It will be kept to a reasonable scale.

Love a lot of singular elements about H20, but also have yet to bite, as he just can't seem to put it all together for me. Color me intrigued for this one though.

Re: H2O chrono on the horizon ?
It has the fat look of an EZM1. It doesn't seem too crazy.
Re: H2O chrono on the horizon ?
Those damn lugs. Why? Looks awesome otherwise.
Of course, I haven't seen the dial yet. I hope for other hand options.

Re: H2O chrono on the horizon ?
+2 those lugs. The lug length to case diameter in general is always wonky
Re: H2O chrono on the horizon ?
They look shorter than past models. An Isofrane will look just right.

Re: H2O chrono on the horizon ?
I wouldn't mind the lugs if the L2L measurement is proportional a to the case.
It's a beautiful world! Gerald.

H2O chrono on the horizon ?
Oy. So much potential, I was looking forward to it and again with those darn weird lug design
But I'll wait to see final specs especially L2L and thickness as well as the dials.
Wish him the best. He makes great quality watches and is a good guy. I'm sure it'll sell well.

Damn, I love the look of this!!!!
It looks like it might use the Orca "Dive" case which was 44mm diameter by 13.5mm thick. I have always liked this case (a UTS spin-off look). I really like dive chronos too. And the version shown with the domed crystal and inclining ceramic bezel looks sweet!
Can't wait to see what the dial looks like.

Re: H2O chrono on the horizon ?
I think it may be even smaller. Maybe 42mm.DEMO wrote:Damn, I love the look of this!!!!

My 40mm marlin was still 51mm? Lug to lug.
Re: H2O chrono on the horizon ?
That case was very strange. Those huge lugs and end links turned me off completely.nweash wrote:My 40mm marlin was still 51mm? Lug to lug.

22mm bracelet confirmed. It will definitely not be as long as the Marlin.

Re: H2O chrono on the horizon ?
I would guess the case to be 42mm.
40mm would have a 20mm lug width for good aesthetics. My opinion.

Re: H2O chrono on the horizon ?
Correct on the 42mm.
Don't think a 7750 can fit in a 40mm size case ? That's the movt being used BTW.
H2O chrono on the horizon ?
Sure it can. Sinn 356 is 38.5mm.Danny_T wrote:

Re: H2O chrono on the horizon ?
The 7750 is thick but not extraordinarily wide
