MoVas GMT III Dive Watch

Post by AtomicTom » Fri Jun 10, 2016 8:35 am

Has everybody had a look at this new dive watch from MoVas by chance?

The watch is called the GMT III, and has a 26 jewel Cal 21-A Seagull automatic GMT movement,
and impressive 45 hr power reserve. Other details about the new watch include a 45 mm stainless
steel case, scratch resistant, AR coated blue, and pink hue sapphire crystal, matte black dial with
gray, white, and red printing, C3 Super-Luminova markers, and hands. Seems like besides a nice
stainless steel bracelet, there are rubber, or leather strap options too.

Have a look everyone...

I've always thought this was different from the rest, but not form me. Too, "blocky".
It's a beautiful world! Gerald.

The watch isn't really my style, but I've followed the brand a bit. The owner is known in the bicycle field as he makes some very nice rims.

For this style watch, I prefer the SAS design.

It's rare for the case finishing on a watch to look bad in crappy pictures, but this watch manages to do it.

But do like that others are coming up with something besides a clone of current GMT models...

I enjoyed mine for a few days before sending it to someone that liked it more than me. Huge and chunky but super comfy.

It was my first GMT and my first power reserve.

Yes, my wife has some of Sean's wheels on her triathlon bike. Good true wheels and he was great to deal with. She has raced them for 4-5 seasons now. I think he had some fit and finish issues with his early watches. Hopefully better now.
