Did anyone by chance see the Le Forban Securite Mer Rochelaise?

I quite like it though not a fan of the mixed lume color. The hands and cardinal point markers use white while the other painted markers use that piss yellow color just not very pleasing to the eye for me. It breaks the overall cohesiveness of the design, which would otherwise be very nice.
Also 41 would be better for my personal preference
