Post by AtomicTom » Tue Jul 14, 2020 12:26 pm

Not sure if you guys have already seen this one from Ocean 7 already.

It's called the Ocean7 CP-1 Ceramic Diver. Having details like a 49.7mm pressure
formed ceramic case, 1500m WR, flat AR coated sapphire crystal, stainless steel
bezel with ceramic insert, black dials with luminous, along with colorful hands,
and markers, plus silicone strap, ETA 2824-2 behind nice case-back also everyone.

Just a few pics...

49mm!!!! I think they should make it bigger! Witj that case shape, which actually looks quite good, and those dimensions, they are heading toward VDB Vintage territory.
It actually looks pretty good, Ocean 7 have had some quite interesting pieces in the past

Had no idea they were still around. Weren't they the ones with the patented 58 click bezel?

They died for a while but looks like they are back.

I like this a lot but it’s too big.

I had a LM3 V2 and I would buy another. Great watch.

I had an LM-6 (I think) that I really enjoyed back in the day. I'd buy another one if I ever saw one pop up.

Wow. They brought that brand back to life wonder who’s behind.

49.7mm
1500 unnecessary WR

So much potential and yet a fail. Who’s gonna wear a 50mm watch

VDB? No shame. Even the same size case too.
It's a beautiful world! Gerald.

I believe it’s about as Swiss made as any other watch under $3000 that says “Swiss made”.

They have parts made globally and do assembly and testing in Switzerland. Maybe a slap an Eta le Sellita in there. Haven’t cheeked the mvt since i didn’t read past the size

I despise Ocean 7. My first nightmare experience in this hobby, and was the first extensive watch I ever owned.

He literally took the returns page offline while I was on the phone with him about the defective watch. Thankfully I’d saved it and printed it.

Never again.
