I dated Mariana Trench in college.
She was fun.

Re: Spinnaker Piccard
Sounds very cool Matt, and is something a little different for Spinnaker.
Will be fun just to see imho. Plus it may not have the insanely
high price we might see if another watch company were trying it
sir. ..Thanks a ton for the news !

The plot THICKENS.

“Thickens” is right. Looks like it will wear like a boat anchor.mattcantwin wrote:The plot THICKENS.

This is good thick. The watch is not.

Re: Spinnaker Piccard
Pics on their website look really good. It's got great specs and design with what seems quality components and price is about right too but at 47mm, it's a monster.
If they ever offer a scaled down version to around 40 or 42mm, it will be on the purchase list.

Re: Spinnaker Piccard
I was actually interested until I saw thickness - 25MM! That's like wearing a bowling ball on your wrist!
I have a Tesei bronze, it is a beautiful watch, gets a ton of compliments, has proven to be a reliable timepiece, and is 17mm thick. My brain boggles a bit thinking about a watch twice as thick.
Yet, pathetically, I still want, just because the lens makes it rather unique.
