Minuteman's A11
Minuteman's A11
Has anyone had time to see the latest in the works from Minuteman
by chance?
Their Minuteman A11 is handcrafted right in Arizona, and is a modern, or
updated version of the US Military's WWII A11. With details like a 38mm
stainless steel case, 100m WR, sapphire crystal, nice dials with luminous
hands, and markers, quartz movements, and heavy duty 2 piece nylon
straps.
Have some pictures for you...

I think I'd rather wear a watch from Hourman, better for my ego.

He has been making watches for a while but I have yet to find one I would buy.

No. LumTec makes his own brand of watches.

A little more visual interest and I’d give it a thumbs up for the simple quartz category. It’s close to some of the Timex offerings.

Review of one of my Minuteman brands A11 prototypes in OD green from The Time Bum. Thought some of you would be interested in reading this review from one the of most respected blogs in the industry.

Also perhaps I've been too critical of the lume.
From the review.
"a generous helping of lume. Although prototype glowed long and strong, the folks at Minuteman tell me production watches will get the one-third more — the thickest application the factory can manage."

Re: Minuteman's A11
So Thomas why didn't you mention this watch is getting the new USA Ameriquartz movement? I would think that would be a big selling point.

For the most part on our site listings and social I have been mentioning the movement and the fact FTS will be assembling the watches for us. So much so that the ownership has thanked me more than once for promoting the movement and FTS as a whole.
