Farer Customer service
Farer Customer service
So when I bought my Endeavor, a few of the bracelet pins and collars got bent when the original owner sized it. Yes that's my one gripe is they opted not to use screws. That and no discernable AR on the crystal.
Anyway I emailed Farer asking if I could buy a few replacement pins and collars. After a week or so they responded saying they would send me an extra bracelet. I was like huh? I guess they don't have spare parts perhaps but thought it was very nice of them to send a bracelet. I was surprised at the response of course but happy they care enough to do something like that.

That’s pretty good, especially since you bought it second hand.

dope response. but that shit is going to get expensive for them. They should have parted out the bracelet so they can help out other customers with the same one.

They are great they took good care of me too when my Lander timekeeping was worsening. Got a free rubber strap. They even sent me a label to ship it back to them to check it.
