TRIDENT - Italian Luxury Adventure Watch

Post by Gallio Tempo » Mon Mar 12, 2018 3:01 pm

Hi at all "The Dive Watch Connection" members!
We are a new micro-brand watchmaker, our company name is Gallio Tempo.

We will be online with a Kickstarter campaign on 15th March, and we are glad to show you our Trident watch here.
PRICES AND REWARDS that will be available on Kickstarter are shown on http://galliotempo.com/kickstarter/

Trident is an adventure watch keeping also primary attention to elegance. Resistant and refined, it's the ideal choice for every man. The success of this watch is the result of a meticulous choice of every material, the care of each single detail, and the skill of the Italian artisans being the core of GallioTempo.
The peculiarity of this watch are the interchangeable colored stainless steel rings (available in green, orange and metal color)... you can adapt your Trident watch to your daily look! Furthermore, 316L stainless steel case, anti-scratch sapphire crystal, CItizen Miyota 821A movement and sailcloth straps are some of the features that make Trident the "WATCH PAR EXCELLENCE".

Miyota 821A, isn't that a little fuori moda for a modern micro?

Gallio,
I will be a nice guy and officially warn you. It's proper etiquette here (and everywhere, actually) to post an introduction thread in the specified forum for such before posting something like this. This is a great place with good guys but you will get properly hammered for this type of shenanigans.

I suggest (strongly) "trying this again". Hope you catch on.

Regards,
Todd

How long will spare parts be available? Where do I send it for service? Oh, and what's a "luxury adventure watch"?

I think it means that each watch is sold with a luxury adventure. In.

I think the only watches with 821s that are great are the Bernhardts

Welcome to the forum and best of luck with your new watch KS launch.

I’d highly recommend you revisit your movement choice as a starting point. This mvt will leave many uninterested before even looking into the watch further. However solid as it may be, it’s just outdated in today’s multitude of micro offering and the lack of hacking + second hand stutter turn off many watch enthusiasts.

I’ve been on an Italian adventure before, her name was anna. And yes you are on track; because a watch with proper WR was needed.

'Elegance' wasn't the first word that came to mind when looking at this
