Tempting...but just like I said last time, I'd never wear it. That said that Pastel blue is mighty tempting....

I really enjoyed the one I had, but two things got me to flip it. The finishing on the bezel, and the noisy movement. I think those both got addressed in this version. Could be a real winner.

It's tempting to try for a shot at the pastel.

Well he is using ETA automatic mvts so that helps.
Didn’t ask on bezel finish but sure hope the edges aren’t as sharp

I'm looking forward the GMT especially, but I may pick up a date version also...

The watches are great on their own, but Jason is the primary reason I'll keep buying Halios watches.

Yeap. Many feel the same.
Even if this wasn’t his “best finished Watch “ , I think it’s great, love the looks, size and proportions... dial and dome...
A reaally nice watch and Jason is a good dude that actually designs his Watches rather than copy or slightly modifies someone else’s

I don’t believe the GMTs will be available tomorrow.
There are going to be a lot of butthurt watch nerds tomorrow.

I am likely going to (try to) buy one. The mvt and gritty crown was one of my dislikes on the GenI(not a huge issue) and I like that these have date ETAs.
I just don’t know whether to go yellow or Abyss blue. That yellow is so hot

GMTs will not be available. anyone butthurt should get over themselves, since he's been saying for a while that they're a month or more behind the 3 handers.

I meant they would be butthurt over the watch selling out before they hit one.

The watches are nice, but really? For nearly the same money, those Seiko SPBs look pretty fantastic to me. Granted, you can't get them in those crazy cool dial colors.

I personally prefer the Seaforth, not sure why but didn’t bond with the Seiko. Looks great but...
also always worrying about some issues with them is a big turn off for me with Seiko.
I’d also take an ETA2824 over the 6R15 any day.

All valid points, especially on the movement. I'm a huge fan of 2824s and 2893s. This is actually my first 6r15, and we shall see how good it is. I guess I'm just a big Seiko nerd/fanboy, so I overlook some of their quirks and QC issues like I wouldn't with some other brands.

There are already butthurt comments on Halios IG feed.

I like the GMT, but I’m sure I’ll get bored of the watch quickly.
