Has everyone had a chance to check out E.C. Andersson's Calypso?
The newest watch in the works looks to have a polished 40mm stainless steel
case, 100m WR, double AR coated double domed crystals front, and back, semi-
gloss two-tone radial gradient blue dial with beveled, polished, and elevated
markers, and polished special E.C.A. arrow pointer hands all with ice blue
illumination. Along with custom E.C.A. leather strap, and hand regulated
ETA 2824-2 with custom rotor.
Some pictures everybody...

Re: E.C. Andersson's Calypso
I'd never buy it, but I'm strangely attracted to it. Reminds me of the ZRC case, though it looks like this one would wear better. Strap options would suck though due to the lug design.

It is a very nice looking watch. Reminds me of some of the vintage OysterQuartz models.
If you are going to go with this proprietary lug design though, you really need to offer it with a matching bracelet.

Wow, yeah it really does remind you of the ZRC Todd. ..Awesome eye !!!
Would definitely be interesting finding strap options like you said. Maybe E.C.
Andersson, and other strap makers will add more, and more choices for this type
of case/lug set-up over time sir.
Holy cow Nick, check out that vintage Rolex !!! Honestly, does have a
very similar feel with not only the angled case, and lugs, but raised lip, or bezel
also. ..By the way, you are right about the bracelets imho. These look like they
are just meant for them honestly.
