Cronus's Prototype #2

Post by AtomicTom » Mon Jul 24, 2017 11:28 am

Not sure if everyone had time to check out the Prototype #2 from Cronus Watches already.
Just seeing it over at OceanicTime for the first time.

Just some of the details look to include a 45mm fine finish, bead blasted, of black PVD
coated case,300 meter water resistance, an arched anti-reflective sapphire crystal, unique
crown, and crown protection housing, sleek looking hands, and markers, canvas, and leather
straps, the 25 jewel ETA 2824-2 automatic, and more guys.

Have a few pictures...

This thing is really sexy but has to leave you with permanent scarring with that crown and guards.

I like it, (especially the PVD version) but not €2500 like it.

It looks all wrong to me. Case is way off balance with that massive crown guard although the
crown look like it has a cool, unique feature. But what is all the
control before dive bit with no dive bezel? Unless I am missing something? The dial itself look ok but overall, like I have said before, trying too hard to be different.
