Elgis Watch's Wilwatikta and Wilwatikta II

Post by AtomicTom » Mon May 22, 2017 11:20 am

Not sure if you guys already caught these unique watches from a watch company called
Elgis everyone.

Paying tribute to the Majapahit Empire of Indonesia, the watches named the Wilwatikta, and
Wilwatikta II have these incredible patterned dials inspired by ancient Wilwatikta artifacts,
unique curved, and angled cases in either stainless steel, or CUSN8 bronze, and Miyota 9015
automatic also. Added to that, you have 100m WR, AR coated domed sapphire crystals, skeleton
hands, Roman numerals, and markers, Nubuck gray, or brown leather straps, and more guys.

Some pictures for you...

Would be more interesting if the outer element was thinner and more sculptural. Nice idea, but not so sure about the execution.

Case would be a nightmare to clean. All that gunk in the corners

That has the strangest looking case I ever saw due to that weird looking lug design.
