Heitis Watch's Okeanos Explorer

Post by AtomicTom » Mon Sep 17, 2018 10:26 am

Remember Heitis Watch from a couple years back guys?

The Buffalo based company looks to have a new watch called the Okeanos
Explorer. With details like a 42mm case, 200m WR, an AR coated sapphire
crystal, nice black, or blue deep press plaid matte dials with luminous hands,
and markers, Miyota 9015, both bracelet, and nato strap, and more everyone.

Some pictures for you...

Why the "G" and the "upside-down, flipped "G"?

Why a name that sounds like a venereal disease?

Yet another with micro-watch bezel disease.

Now I'm noticing all of that, and all of those details too guys !

Thanks !!!

Actually, the name is kind of cool imho, and am on the fence about the
thin, or micro bezel, but yeah, the 9's do look like G's now to me. ..I think
they were going for that cool vintage way numbers were often done on
watches years ago, but they wanted to modernize them.

Great eyes though guys ! :salute:

Lol

I was just thinking “have they run out of names?”. Lots of ridiculous brand and watch names lately..
