The case stuff isn't all that noticeable. With a clean crystal, the bezel almost looks like an intentional style statement rather than a fugitive from a cockup.

I wonder how it would look bead blasted. The brushed and polished surfaces really accent the bad spots.

Terry, are you using the curved spring bars to fit 20mm straps into the 19mm lugs?
I think I may try the same thing on my 62MAS reissue. I love it on your navy blue shiz, but there is a little wrinkle with the thicker 20mm material and the 19mm lugs. Guessing a slight curve in the bars would fix it.

Yes. And the Rolex spring bar tips are at .9mm, the curved spring bars are .8mm. So not much difference. I would not do this on the 62MAS. I think it has 1.2mm drilled lugs. So your best option is to get a thinner middle section on the spring bar. If you measure I can see what would work on it correctly.
