I wanted to do that also, but wife said she thought business wise it might be a no go. So I might do it on the caseback. And then maybe get ToxicNatos painted on the dial. I have found a few people who will do it. It only takes money. And I will get the font to match the Rolex font if I get it painted.TSD wrote: ↑Sun Apr 23, 2017 10:05 pmIt wold be awesome if you had that redialed with the TN logo, just like the old Domino's Air Kings, and painted this

Hahaha too funny.
So the watch might be together this week. But I doubt it, we are getting about 10 watches a week to work on. And customers come first. I hope too see it soon though.

Same here. I am ready to start wearing it. We have all the parts for it. Hopefully once assembly is complete everything works the way it should. It is super hard to tell if a part is damaged by just looking at it when they have such tight clearances. So during assembly that is when you can really tell what is working and what isn't.

Got an update T? Hopefully you caught a break and the thing came together. Somehow, I kinda doubt it...toxicavenger wrote: ↑Wed May 24, 2017 9:08 amWe have all the parts for it. Hopefully once assembly is complete everything works the way it should.

Re: FUBAR Rolex Journey
I have one last part I am waiting on from Germany. It is a Rolex click. But I haven't heard anything on shipping yet. The automatic bridge had to be replaced also. Luckily the 3135 shares some parts with other movements. So I was able to stick with all Rolex parts.TSD wrote: ↑Sun Jun 04, 2017 4:46 pmGot an update T? I'm part of a dive watch FB group and just saw the dude who originally jacked up this watch is a member there. Lol. I laughed to myself. Ah his video was a gem.

I want to wear it some before I send it off again.TSD wrote: ↑Sun Jun 04, 2017 7:26 pmOutstandingtoxicavenger wrote: ↑Sun Jun 04, 2017 5:04 pmI have one last part I am waiting on from Germany. Yeah the one side of it is pretty rough. But so far it works. If it doesn't pass pressure test I will get another one. But this isn't a common crown design at all.TSD wrote: ↑Mon Jun 05, 2017 6:32 pmThat looks excellent...until you see the effed crown! Damn.toxicavenger wrote: ↑Mon Jun 05, 2017 1:05 pmPic from today.

If you put a large switch in some cave somewhere, with a sign on it saying 'End-of-the-World Switch. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH', the paint wouldn't even have time to dry.

Its running. We are gong to pressure test the case soon to see if the aftermarket crystal works out. We have one chipped movement jewel we are waiting on also. The supplier sent the wrong one, twice.
