23mm test strap is in.......................

Post by toxicavenger » Wed Aug 31, 2016 10:42 am

It looks pretty sweet. It does have the standard hardware and it is brushed. The nylon is woven like my standard TN's but is has a little shine to it. Also it is a relaxed nylon and not stiff. It measures in at 290mm long and 1.2mm thick with 13 buckle holes.

23 is a great size- Luminox uses them, as terry says, but they can work on 22 and 24 lugs as well, depending on the construction. I have a 23mm Luminox branded 4 ring Zulu that is well built and I've used it on numerous watches that weren't 23mm.

That looks good T - might have to pick one up

I can't do the new hardware on the 23mm. Only normal brushed SS hardware. If I had $2500 for the molds and another 4k for the straps then I could do the new hardware. :crybaby:

Prototype is on
Looks and feels great - WINNER
The webbing is very nice and high quality.
Very tightly woven but what's interesting is that longitudinally it's very soft and pliable but laterally it's nice and rigid. Love it!

That looks great! Now for the icing on the cake would be to get the kickass hardware on it [THUMBS UP SIGN]

Hopefully one day. Besides getting the hardware made my vendor can't get 23mm nylon. So I would have to figure out how to get one manufacture to send product to another manufacture. Which could be tough to do. :crybaby:
