You need to think of a stupid story for the origin of your brand. Perhaps you and your brother were stranded on a desert island and only survived after being taught watchmaking by a French ww2 sailor. Then a name - Buttmont has a nice ring to it.

This one time, at band camp.....

I was afraid, so my counselor (I'll call him Adam) said I could sleep in his cabin. He was wearing a cool digital watch and gave it to me, but I lost it when I ran away screaming. I really liked the watch because the numbers had these cool red bars, so I've decided to name my watch brand after Adam and it's called the Red Bar digital watch.

If the company's back story is going to involve a French sailor then I'd go with 'Bar Rouge' . It sounds much fancier that way and won't infringe existing trademarks.

How about we make the camp counselor Adam' and we say he was French and enjoyed men in sailor outfits?

Smart man. You have a future in watch marketing, assuming the market for marketing watches actually exists next year.

Also "vintage-nerd" could work.
That can bump up your msrp by at least a couple hundred $$$
Also pour some acid on the face of the watch and wait a little then wipe it of with sand paper. It's called "vintage patina", make sure you use that term
