I've purchased 9 straps plus other stuff from Terry, and even before my 1st order Terry already went out of his way to provide service.

For me, that review is just a case of different strokes, but I don't like the guy's attitude and where he is coming from..

This was my thought too. He mentions your excellent customer service, but disliked the strap. Countless others of us have said how great the straps are, so it is clear to prospective buyers that it's likely just one or two guys who don't "get it" and frankly, I think this is not harmful to you or Toxic. In fact, the comment about your "10/10" customer service is still a win.
