In terms of chronographs in this style, I still think the CWC is the nicest of the bunch, but I think it's way overpriced at $3K...

I do not know. The last CWC I had was unimpressive. And that is one expensive chrono.

I can't believe I am saying this but I like the bremont better. I do not like how numbers on the vertex are getting circumcised
I think that the Bremont is more stylish but the Vertex is more functional. It might be the renderings, but the larger indices, the contrast between the main dial and the sub-dials and the divisions chosen for the seconds subdial makes the Vertex easier to read IMO. But in terms of pure looks, I prefer the Bremont.
The Bremont rocks this. But not the case vanes. The Vertex looks like it has infant number blocks on the dial. :salute:

I prefer the Broadsword to the Vertex, and Bremont has a significant following in the UK veteran community, producing military LEs and unit / squadron watches, not to mention dedicated events. There's more on their Instagram.

Hodinkee has the run down on the designs and prices (it's actually 3 different watches):

Yes. The Argonaut is my pick from the three.

The Broadsword costs more than a Vertex, but it clutters the dial with that date window. It’s still only 100m water resistant, but the Vertex actually has legit ties to the original. It’s my pick, even if I didn’t already own one.

Here’s the Argonaut

and my sexy Vertex, just for kicks...

The Argonaut is lovely. That's on my short list now.
