First off, Mike is one of those guys that does class act deeds behind the scenes and plays them off as low key. I need to call him out here as he deserves a lot of credit. He listed this for sale, I lusted after it but couldn't make it happen as i had to sell in order to buy....Out of the blue he pings me and says that he's taking it off the market so that I could own it at some point,, I was floored...I told him to sell it as I wouldn't be able to make it happen quickly......he had lots of offers, but wouldn't sell it....

He even reached out to me at one point saying i could pay half now, half later......I was like huh??? Who does shit like this>>> DWC brothers, thats who.....I declined as I would never do that.....Long story short, sold my watch, got the B52.......Mike way undersold the condition of this thing, it looks like it was never worn by anyone......even the strap was brand new, stiff, with blue plastic still on it......It is as BNIB as you could buy.....Best part is that he included a HTFU bracelet, which i have ALWAYS wanted but didn't know where you guys got them.....I will wear it proudly. The watch even has the Call sign of the pilot/original owner of the watch.....WAY COOL.

I can't express enough just how you guys are amazing here, and I'm proud that I've made connections with top flight folks like you all. This shit just doesnt happen in the real world let alone on a f'n website where people talk about watches and shit....Heres quick pics, some fuzz on the crystal and bezel, sorry.

^^^Hahahaha, why don't you just throw some salt in his wounds.

Either way congrats on the pickup and good on RMM on being a great person to deal with.

I have also had the same offers from other members here to pay half now and the other half on Tuesday. Which is super unheard anywhere else and hard to believe it get's offered here as frequently as it does. But it is great the level of trust here to offer it. My wife sometime tells me were are crazy for doing that but she just doesn't understand DWC as a whole and honestly I don't want her to.
