My ALT1-C on Bracelet and NATO

Post by AntonioPD » Mon Sep 08, 2014 8:54 pm

I wanted to make my 2,000th post a good one so I thought I'd put my ALT1-C on the bracelet I got from Brice (thanks mon frere!) and post up some pics:

For some reason this bugger fought me the whole way, but I'm really pleased with the results.

I tried a NATO too for fun; I think it works:

Man I love this watch! :uj:

Thanks guys for being DWC; this place is

Looks good on both, but I especially like the Nato strap.

Yup. That, and "cray-cray". Like fingernails on a chalkboard.

Cool looking watch though.

I had a devil of a time getting the bracelet on Gary - not sure why; Pat (nellipj) was giving me advice by phone, and changed his out in about 30 seconds (but then, of course, he's Pat!) :fro:

Usually when you are having trouble mounting a bracelet, you are using the wrong spring bars.

Yeah that's what I thought but Pat and Brice both said use thick 22mm bars and that's what I had. I finally got it on, but one of the four looks suspect; you can see part of the springbar between the lug and the end link:

The other three look normal:

Seems really secure but if y'all have advice let me know!

I say don't wear the watch like that. That is an accident waiting to happen.

According to Brice it's the right end link - and we all believe him, right?
