Bremont BC-S2 Las Vegas Bonanza

Post by 1watchaholic » Thu Jun 12, 2014 7:01 pm

Here is the highlight of my birthday weekend in Las Vegas…my new Bremont BC-S2! I thought I was going to have to hide this one but the wife just said, “Happy B-day” without a frowned face or scolding! The 43mm size is perfect, for middle-aged eyes and the dial is very readable. I think this is one reason why Bremont is so high on my brand list…legible, readable dials. I love Day/Date features on watches and the position of this one is pretty unique. I’m loving this one and it was supposed to be a substitute until a Solo hit the collection, but now it will be BC-S2 AND a White Solo!

I like this Bremont. I tend not to be a fan of most day/date watches, but this one manages to not be evocative of the ten billion watches wiht a VJ7750 dial layout. I'd pick this one over a Solo because it seems more unique.

Did you use your left or your right, and why did you stop in the middle of it?

Also, cool gift!

I agree which is why I've gone to the AND Solo philosophy! ;)

I think this and their dive watch would be a nicer pair than this and the Solo.

In that case, go Chrono! The Solo is a nice looking watch, but not my favorite simple pilot's watch.
