When i bought my SM500 like 5 months ago, The seller lost the COSC cert. I reached out to Bremont and they were nice enough to order a new one and it was supposed to be like $125-$150. They said it would take a long time...Today my doorbell rings, USPS there with this....Well when they said it would take along time, they weren't kidding. Very nice they include the leather bag tag and didn't charge the fee for the cert...Yet again, great Customer Service...Props to them.
