even more cool is that I bought a Bremont preowned from another person so even though i wasn't the original buyer, they still sent this out..thats pretty cool.

Yeah, it's like the "get" customer service and how important the secondary market is.

It kinda cracks me up to think of al of the haters from 3 or 4 years ago.

Very cool gesture and a small but vital customer service detail. Good guys all around, IMO.

These guys just plain "get it". I don't own a Bremont yet, but that's gonna change for 2014 (I'm thinking an MBII w/orange barrel...)

But yeah, Nick and Giles are the real-deal Holyfield, and when it comes to watches, they're one of us 100%. Doesn't matter if it's theirs, or from another company, either. Hell, each time that I've hung out with Nick, he's grabbed one of my watches and worn it the entire time (DSSD, Top Gay, Bathyscaphe, FC Diver...). What's more, he's found something that he absolutely loved about each of them. No ego here, folks, just a pure love of horology. Gotta respect that.

Adam

The English brothers are great guys, and their US rep Mike Pierson is just as nice. Do yourself and have a drink with these guys if you ever get the opportunity.

As Adam said, these guys get it. Even if you don't like the watches (I sure don't, because I love them instead), their CS is unbelievable. Bremont is a brand on the rise, and the company deserves all the success they have now, and will have in the future.

Ain't that the truth! Actually, will a slightly more reasonable pricing structure and a little PR, Kobold could get it done too.

I also agree that Bremont will continue to rise. my Solo
