Supermarine Bracelet

Post by dukerules » Fri Apr 18, 2014 2:56 pm

Eric and any of you other guys who have owned one--what do/did you think? Not a huge bracelet fan in general, but I'm getting the itch for one of these.

I own one. Haven't out it on yet but it looks very well made, comfortable, and I've been contemplating putting it on the SM500

Interesting that you haven't put t on yet. Are you not a bracelet guy, or do you have a better option? I'll be honest, the S500 is pretty close to perfect on Isofrane.

Live mine. Much more than I thought. Great change of pace from a strap. Key is to find a Hal link which I did.

I sold mine to Trent. It is very well made and looks great.
It did make the watch wear larger, well longer and maybe that's what bothered me?
But maybe I should try it again :shrug:

I ended up selling the bracelet that came with mine.

Nothing wrong with it, just liked the OEM rubber and leather straps better.

If you couldn't tell from above, Eric is very passionate about finding a 1/2 link. I haven't changed the strap at all.

Okay...I know this is an old thread. But...a few items;

- Did anyone's opinion change regarding the bracelet?
- I see two versions on Bremont's website - totally brushed and dual-tone. Has anyone ever seen one on the dual tone? https://us.bremont.com/collections/stra ... less-steel

- Does the bracelet come with half links or would I need to order/buy one? It appears that there are no micro adjustments, so I would imagine that one probably would be needed.

- DOES ANYONE HAVE ONE THEY WANT TO SELL? :)
