Seiko couture

My Seiko will not stay in my time zone. It is complicated to operated, and I am accustomed to complicated machinery. Also the date is stuck betwixt numbers. Won’t set the date either. Have used the mNual and don’t want to send it back. Any ideas of what to do?

Send it back or send to a watchmaker for repair.
